  • Add the vegetables/meat/seafood that tickle your taste buds and saute for a few minutes in mustard oil. This will ensure that the pungency of the mustard works effectively.
  • Add the paste and cook for 2-5 mins and find the aromas take you into an entirely new dimension as the paste infuses your food with the zing that you had been looking for.
  • Add water as required and cook until done. Do this well and ensure that your paste travels to every grain and casts a spell of savouriness.
  • Add salt to taste.
Approximate recommendation : For 500g base use 150-200g paste, ½-1 cup water, 2tbsp oil.
